Jim was born in Morton, Mississippi in 1951 and went on to study for his BS at the University of Southern Mississippi, and then earned his MD from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He is the Founding President of Ark of Pediatrics in Stillwater and is currently employed at Boys and Girls Pediatrics in Sevierville, Tennessee.
Jim is ordained with Christian International and is the founder and pastor of Medicine and Miracles Ministries, Inc. He has taken his medical skills on short-term missions to Russia, Bulgaria, Israel, and Ukraine and will be assisting Go To Nations in strengthening their Medical Missions arm through the Discover Missions Division.
