Dr. Mitch serves as the Vice President of the Church and Ministry Empowerment Division and is based out of the World Headquarters of Go To Nations in Jacksonville, Florida. His focus is on mobilizing the world-wide church to change their mentality from being a mission field to becoming a missions force. Dr. Mitch provides teaching and training through the leadership programs offered through Go To Nations to leaders, pastors, and new and existing missionaries. 

Dr. Mitch earned his Master of Divinity in Missiology from Regent University and went on to earn his Doctor of Ministry degree in Leadership and Global Perspectives from George Fox University. His dissertation centers on how cultural intelligence training and assessments can be used to assist international workers in dealing with the implications of globalization. 

Dr. Mitch has been in ministry since 1989 serving as youth pastor, missions pastor, senior pastor, and now missionary. Dr. Mitch has been a full-time missionary with Go To Nations since 2007. He and his late wife, Michelle, were married in 1991 and they have four children. They spent years traveling together ministering in 29 nations sharing the Great Commission call that is for all.
