Michelle Lynn Arbeláez served as a loved member of our World Headquarters team in the area of Church & Ministry Empowerment, alongside her husband, Dr. Mitch. Mother of four children, John Kyle, Briana, Jayden, and Alyssa, Michelle served in different areas of pastoral, educational, and missions ministry for over 30 years. Impacting the lives of students and ministry leaders from Honduras to China, Michelle demonstrated a life of surrender to Christ, having ministered in over 20 nations in pursuit of the Great Commission call.
On Sunday, August 8th, Michelle departed this life and entered into her eternal home with Jesus. She has “fought the good fight”, and has “finished her race” well. Michelle will be warmly remembered by our Go To Nations family, and will be deeply missed by those who were privileged to have known her.
Eliza Jane Curry served as a cherished member of our World Headquarters team as part of Discover Missions, alongside her beloved husband Jim. Married for 46 years, Eliza was the proud mother of 10 children, and 18 grandchildren. Eliza is described as passionate, loyal, creative, and hardworking. She loved to use art and song to express the love of Christ at every opportunity. She used her gifts and talents from the United States to Sri Lanka, Thailand, and more.
On Thursday, August 19th, Eliza exited this life and took her residence in heaven with Jesus. She has “fought the good fight” and has “finished her race well. Eliza will be fondly remembered by those in the Go To Nations family and deeply missed by all those that have known and loved her.
