Joe and Wanda both came to know the Lord at a young age and were blessed to be raised in Christian homes. They met at church, got married, and as they raised their two sons, they faithfully served in their home churches in various capacities. 

In 2008, God directed them to move to Colorado Springs to help establish a new healing ministry, thinking this was their last professional assignment prior to retirement. God had other plans.  In 2016 God directed them to attend Charis Bible College and they graduated from World Outreach Global Training. They were given the vision to lead others into deep discipleship and equip them to fulfill the Great Commission through being directors of a Charis Bible College. 

Working toward this goal, they completed their Missionary Preparation and Orientation training with Go To Nations in Jacksonville, Florida followed by completion of their Timothy Internship Program in Larnaca, Cyprus in 2019. For two years, Wanda was the director of Charis Bible College Phoenix and in May 2022, was promoted to Regional Director.  Joe is supporting local ministers and pastors as Area Advocate for the Association of Related Ministers International which is the pastoral support organization of Andrew Wommack Ministries. They are enthusiastic that their “retirement years” will be used by God to expand His kingdom in such an effective and creative way.
