Japet & Natalie Angeles

Missionary Number: M449

Japet, Natalie, and their three children, Juliana, Arabella, and Amariah, serve in Nairobi, Kenya. Their kingdom purpose is to disciple nations by nurturing and preparing believers to do their own works of ministry, developing and expanding the body of Christ until it reaches full spiritual maturity.

Before their move to Kenya, Japet and Natalie served in an outreach in the northern part of Chiang Rai, Thailand. They developed a children and youth English program that led to multiple Bible studies in the homes of the students’ families, which led to discipleship meetings in the Angeles’ home for the unreached.

While leading the outreach, they had the opportunity to train new missionaries that came to serve in the outreach, and from there they developed an outreach team. During their time in Thailand, they were able to equip 8 missionaries through the GTN missionary equipping track. These missionaries are still serving on the field today.

Natalie has a degree in International Community Development from Oral Roberts University, a Advanced Global Missions Diploma from Christ for the Nations, and a MBA from Regent University. She completed the Go To Nations missionary equipping track in Iloilo City, Philippines. These studies equipped her to train missionaries in the Philippines for 6 years and in Thailand for eight years. Natalie also worked with the local church in Iloilo to plant another church in a community of people relocated after a severe typhoon.

Japet answered the call to be a missionary in 2011. He attended Calvary Bible School in Bulacan, Philippines while serving full-time in the church. Then in 2013 he moved to Thailand and underwent a one-year intensive training with Asian Mission Outreach Foundation (AMO). He served on the AIM leadership team and helped equip 18 missionaries through AMO’s equipping track, most are still serving on the mission field today.
