Transform Your Calling
into a Global Legacy

Join the movement of over 30,000 graduates impacting the world since 1981.  For more than four decades, the Nations School of Ministry has served as a launching point for leaders, missionaries, and ministers around the world. Since opening the doors of our very first location in Costa Rica, our Bible schools have grown into a global training movement that has equipped and sent men and women across the nations to share the gospel and lead with biblical conviction.

Throughout Latin America to the Ivory Coast, Russia and the islands of the Philippines, sweeping across Southeast Asia to right here at home, graduates continue to carry the message of Jesus into communities, churches, and every sphere of society. Their lives reflect a simple truth—when people are formed by the Word of God, shaped in community, and empowered for mission, the world is changed.

Now, a new generation is being invited into that same legacy.

Why Nations School of Ministry?

The Nations School of Ministry is designed to help you grow spiritually, discover your calling, and step confidently into a life of impact.

More than a classroom experience, NSOM is an immersive discipleship journey. Through biblical training, spiritual formation, mentorship, worship, community life, and hands-on ministry experience, you are equipped to live what you learn—not just study it.

Whether your calling is in ministry, missions, business, education, media, or your local community, Nations School of Ministry helps you step into your purpose with clarity, confidence, and spiritual depth.

Spiritual Formation

Healthy ministry begins with healthy identity. At NSOM, spiritual growth is not treated as secondary to learning—it is central to the entire experience. Through biblical teaching, discipleship, prayer, and personal growth, you are challenged to deepen your relationship with God, develop Christlike character, and build a strong spiritual foundation for lifelong ministry and leadership.

Spirit-Empowered Ministry

The Holy Spirit is central to everything we do. At NSOM, you'll learn to recognize God's voice, deepen your relationship with Him, and live a life led by His presence and power. As you grow in faith, prayer, evangelism, and the gifts of the Spirit, you'll have regular opportunities to put what you're learning into practice through real ministry experiences. Our goal is not simply to teach spiritual gifts, but to cultivate Christlike character and equip you to serve others with compassion, wisdom, humility, and boldness—wherever God calls you.

Mentorship & Personal Calling

You were created with purpose, and you should not have to discover that purpose alone. At NSOM, you receive personal mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders who are invested in your growth. Whether your calling is in ministry, business, education, media, government, or missions, you will be encouraged and equipped to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Hands-On Ministry Experience

Ministry training is most effective when it moves beyond the classroom into real-life experience. From local outreach to global missions opportunities through Go To Nations, you are given opportunities to actively serve, lead, and engage in ministry throughout your training. This hands-on approach helps you grow in confidence, leadership, and practical ministry skills from day one.

Year One is designed to establish a strong biblical foundation, cultivate spiritual maturity, and equip students for a life of ministry and mission. Through approximately 15 hours of weekly instruction and practical ministry activation, students engage in rhythms of worship, prayer, biblical learning, mentorship, and discipleship that shape both character and calling. Learning extends beyond the classroom through local outreach, community engagement initiatives, ministry practicums, and mission experiences that provide meaningful opportunities to serve, lead, and put faith into action.

Is the Nations School of Ministry accredited?
No. The Nations School of Ministry is an internationally non-accredited ministry training program designed to provide biblical instruction, spiritual formation, leadership development, and practical ministry experience. The program focuses on equipping students for ministry and service rather than providing an accredited academic degree.
What are the admission requirements?
Applicants should have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrate a desire to grow spiritually, and be willing to participate fully in the academic and ministry components of the program.
Is this program only for future missionaries?
No. While many students sense a call to missions, the program is also beneficial for those seeking spiritual growth, leadership development, and greater effectiveness in serving their local church and community.
Do I need prior ministry experience?
No prior ministry experience is required. The program welcomes individuals from various backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.
Can I raise funds to cover my tuition?
Yes. Students may invite family, friends, and supporters to contribute toward their school tuition. However, because these contributions are designated to support an individual's participation in the program, donations made on behalf of a student are not tax-deductible charitable contributions.
