Sandra is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She has been serving as missionary with Go To Nations since 1997. She professionally worked for 13 years in the medical field as a Medical Technologist and Sales Specialist. She began her missions work with the Division of Foreign Missions of the Assemblies of God arm, HealthCare Ministries in Lakeland, Florida. She continued her missions calling serving as marketing manager with Operation Blessing, the relief and development arm of the Christian Broadcasting Network in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Upon joining Go To Nations as Vice President of Donor Relations, she was responsible for the development of funds for the missionary support system which oversees the missionaries, and works with them for long term strategic effectiveness. In 2001, she was ordained as a minister through R3 Alliance, formerly New Life Christian Fellowship International, and serves on the mission board of New Life. Sandra was appointed to the role of Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations in 2018. Through her leadership as Senior Vice President, her primary focus is to mentor and mobilize the body of Christ to fulfill God’s purposes of the Great Commission by giving of their time, talents and resources.
Sandra has served as an international missionary short-term in Venezuela, El Salvador, Brazil, Columbia, Peru, France, Guatemala, Africa, the Philippines, and Honduras. Sandra and her husband, Don, are committed to mentoring and discipling young men, women, and children in their walk with Jesus. Don is a consultant and the headmaster emeritus of a college preparatory Christian school. They reside in Jacksonville, Florida and have three sons and seven grandchildren.
