Rose joined Go To Nations as a full-time missionary in May 2019.

Born in Kenya, Rose and her family regularly hosted international missionaries in their home. They relocated to England in her youth where she later became involved with St. Mary’s Church, Bryanston Square, London. As a member of the church, she volunteered on the Alpha team as well as with the youth.

It was while she was serving on the Alpha team that she first felt the call to international short- term missions. She was able to travel and serve in Uganda and Malawi. In 2004, Rose followed God’s calling to full-time international missions. She joined St. Mary’s church plant and relocated to Jacksonville, Florida. Today, Rose remains an active member of the non-denominational church that she helped to plant and serves on the Intercessory Prayer and Missions Team.

While in Jacksonville, Rose took an interest in the parachurch, evangelistic ministry that is internationally known and recognized as Young Life. Through this outreach ministry, she gained experience in serving multi-ethnic high school teens. God was preparing her heart for the monumental and honoring task of launching YoungLives, a Young Life ministry specifically designed to meet the needs of teen moms.

With no experience as a mom herself, the Lord propelled and affirmed her with the scripture of Isaiah 54, “Sing, O Barren woman, you who never bore a child; burst into song, shout for joy...” What started in one high school with one teen mother (with whom Rose is still in contact with today) flourished into an outreach including fifteen schools with volunteer leaders mentoring over one hundred teen moms. The joy of sharing the gospel with teen moms and seeing the power of Christ transform their lives is what motivated Rose to pursue her long-term dream of empowering women to be who they were fully created to be in God’s image.

She is currently serving at the World Headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. Within Go To Nations, Rose has served in Member Care, a team that helps care for other missionaries. Since 2021, Rose has served on “Team Esther” a group of women who minister to women and families both locally and internationally. Internationally, she has served on short-term missions to Brazil, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Cambodia, Guatemala, and South Sudan. 

The joy of sharing the gospel with teen moms and seeing the power of Christ transform their lives is what motivates Rose to pursue her long-term dream of empowering women to be who they were fully created to be in God’s image.
