Sarah became a Christian when she was seven years old and has felt called to Africa from a young age. In 2013, she went on her first short-term mission to Nicaragua to do door-to-door evangelism and serve a local clinic. She joined another short-term mission team to Haiti in 2017 where she served at an orphanage, helped to rebuild housing for local families, and conducted children's ministry outreaches in the afternoons. She was able to share her testimony for the first time to a group a Haitian women. In 2014 and 2018, Sarah traveled to China to teach English at an underground school. 

Sarah joined Go To Nations in June of 2023 after completing the Missionary Preparation and Orientation training at the World Headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida. Then she completed her Timothy Internship Program later that same year. Her next step is completing her apprenticeship in Kenya, Africa. Her launch date is set for February of 2026, with plans to be fully funded by December of 2025 to prepare for departure.

Her heart is to reach children and youth with the gospel through afterschool soccer programs and summer soccer clinics.
