Native Pastor Robert Bhatti
Native Pastor Robert Bhatti
Robert and Sheila Bhatti are serving as missionaries in Islamabad, reaching unreached and underserved Christian communities. Their ministry focuses on education, youth counseling, Bible distribution, feeding programs for children, and strengthening local churches. Through these efforts, they provide a strong Christian foundation for individuals, families, and communities, helping them grow in faith and service.
Robert, originally from Punjab, Pakistan, grew up in a Muslim community but discovered Jesus at age 15. He has been active in ministry since 2000 and pursued formal training at Calvary Bible Institute (CBI) in Davao, Philippines with Go To Nations in 2016–2017. Sheila, from Davao City, Philippines, earned a four-year degree in Theology from Evangelical Mission College (2004–2008) and also trained in ministry in Davao. Together, they have three children and are actively discipling leaders and guiding communities in Islamabad and surrounding areas.
The Bhattis lead short-term missions, training and equipping emerging leaders to replicate these ministries in other neighborhoods and tribes. Their work is part of the larger Native Pastors Project, which equips leaders across Asia through Calvary Bible Institute. By supporting local pastors like Robert and Sheila, this initiative multiplies disciples, strengthens churches, and reaches tens of thousands of people who have never heard the gospel.
