After graduating from the Global Missions Program at Christ For The Nations Institute in 2011, John and Miriam began their missionary journey with Go To Nations at their Timothy Internship Training in Peten, Guatemala. This was followed by the Apprenticeship Program in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, which they completed in 2018.
In 2021, John and Miriam moved to the Amazon Region of Peru, where they have been working with indigenous communities. While living in Peru, the vision to see the Latin America field as a mission force has ignited their passion to mobilize the church. Miriam’s passion for mobilizing the church in Latin America started when she was just a teenager, when missionaries visited her small village in Panama, planting a vision to see sons and daughters of God saying yes to the call of the Great Commission. Their ministry partners with local churches, working alongside pastors, helping raise disciples to build up the body of Christ to create movements from every tribe, every tongue, and every nation.
